This is our blog - check what we've been up to recently or over the past couple of decades! We meet each Wednesday morning at venues across the Island. You must be 18 or over to join us. We work to benefit the Island's countryside helping local groups and organisations and boosting our health, fitness and confidence gaining new skills and friends along the way!
